Terms and Conditions

Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of pre-booked lessons.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a full lesson fee, as the slot cannot be reallocated on short notice.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will also be charged at the full lesson rate.
By booking a lesson with SDK Driving School, you agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Booking and Payments

All lessons must be pre-booked in advance.Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods]

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of pre-booked lessons.If a lesson is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price of the booking.Failure to attend a booked lesson without prior notice will also result in a full charge.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson.If we cancel a lesson for any reason, you will be offered a rescheduled lesson or a full refund.

Punctuality and Attendance

Please arrive on time for your scheduled lesson.Late arrivals may result in a reduced lesson time without a fee adjustment.

Liability and Responsibility

We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property loss during lessons.It is the student’s responsibility to follow instructions and safety guidelines provided by the instructor.

Conduct and Behavior

We expect all students to behave respectfully and professionally during lessons.Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of lessons without a refund.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.Any updates will be communicated via our website or directly to studentsBy booking a lesson, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions
