Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) / Trainee Driving Instructors (PDIs)

Job Summary

As an instructor with SDK Driving School, you will deliver one-to-one lessons, prepare learners for both theory and practical tests, and help them develop safe driving skills for life. You will have the freedom to choose your own hours and locations while benefiting from our steady flow of pupil enquiries and strong local reputation.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our network of instructors and are seeking motivated individuals who want to grow their business under the SDK name. Whether you are already a qualified ADI or a PDI working towards your green badge, we have opportunities for you.

The Role

Deliver tailored driving lessons in manual or automatic vehicles
Prepare learners for their tests, including conducting mock routes
Keep accurate lesson notes and track learner progress
Communicate clearly and professionally with learners and parents where appropriate
Maintain a safe, clean, and roadworthy dual-controlled car
Adhere to DVSA standards and promote safe driving practices

Responsibilities

Providing calm, professional instruction to learners of all abilities
Managing lesson scheduling and ensuring punctuality
Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
Representing SDK Driving School in a positive and professional manner

Hours, Location & Pay

Fully flexible — you decide your own schedule

Location

Feltham-based, with coverage across West London and parts of Surrey

Pay

Competitive lesson rates (to be discussed during application, based on instructor fees)
